i found the location convenient, close to the train and a short walk to the star ferry terminal. the restaurant offered good meals, and the staff were very friendly. the hotel provided a quiet atmosphere, which i appreciated after a long day.

The soundproofing was not great. I could easily hear doors closing and people talking in the hallway. this made it difficult to relax fully in my room and disrupted my sleep slightly.

The room was clean and the lobby looked inviting. The baggage storage was a real plus as I had several hours before my flight. I found the self-service laundry convenient. It cost $4 USD per load. The staff were helpful and efficient (the housekeeping team stood out).

Check-in was very smooth. The reception staff were friendly! i had a room on a high floor overlooking the park. the location was convenient for exploring the area. it was easy to get around from this hotel. There were many dining options nearby.

the mattress was a bit firm for my preference though the room was clean.
